Returns & Exchanges

To make an exchange or return on Mexico You just have to send us an email to care@uranta.com or WhatsApp 333-191-53-03 with your name, email, order number and what your exchange or return would be. Tell us if you prefer to take it to the nearest post office or have it picked up at the address to which it was sent.

After paying for the shipping of your change, the steps to follow are:

1. We will send you a guide for you to print and stick in your box or envelope. If you don't have the original box or envelope, get a similar one.

Note: for national changes, print the guide twice and give a copy to the parcel service.

2. The garments must come in their original cloth bag.

3. National change: You must deliver the package to your nearest parcel delivery branch. Or if you decided to have the parcel pick it up at your home, we will schedule it.

4. Once we receive the package, we will send your exchange to you in the same way.

5. In case of return: Your refund will be made in the same way in which the payment was made and you will receive it in approximately 15 business days from the day we receive the returned items. (Refund does not include shipping charge).

Note: Items must be in the same condition in which they were delivered (not used) and come in their original blanket packaging. Likewise, you have 15 business days to make your exchange or return from the day you received your order.
