Restock and new designs

How often do you restock sizes and models?

At Uranta we make our pieces according to current demand, so delivery times and quantities may vary. Our processes take more time since we do not have waste or scraps. We are faithful believers of slow fashion so we wholeheartedly appreciate your patience.

Will they come back with the design I liked since it's out of stock?

Unless the model you liked is a best seller We will not restock that collection. But don't worry, we always release cuter and cuter designs, so you're sure to fall in love with another one.

Do you have wholesale prices?

For now we do not have individual distributors or wholesale prices.

Do you have a physical store?

You can only purchase our products in the online store www.uranta.com

Payments

What do I do if I only received the purchase confirmation from PayPal but not from Uranta?

In this case, contact us as soon as possible at care@uranta.com and send us your Paypal receipt.

What are the payment methods?

You can pay with all credit cards or from your Paypal account.

Do you have payments in Oxxo?
